1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Paraclyst ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Paraclyst for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modifying or copying the materials
Using the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
Attempting to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
Removing any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
Transferring the materials to another person or "mirroring" the materials on any other server

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Paraclyst are provided on an 'as is' basis. Paraclyst makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Limitations

In no event shall Paraclyst or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Paraclyst.

5. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on Paraclyst could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Paraclyst does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Paraclyst may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

6. Payments and Refund Policy

6.1 Subscription Billing

Paraclyst is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (or our payment processor) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the frequency and rate applicable to your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6.2 Free Trial

All new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. No payment is collected during the trial period. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without being charged. Continued use of the Service after the trial period constitutes acceptance of the applicable subscription fees.

6.3 No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated charges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Cancellation of a subscription before the end of a billing period
Downgrading to a lower-tier plan mid-cycle
Failure to use the Service during a paid period
Dissatisfaction with the Service after subscription begins

We strongly encourage all users to make full use of the 7-day free trial to evaluate whether Paraclyst meets their requirements before purchasing a subscription. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to trial the Service and agree to this no-refund policy.

Notwithstanding the above, if you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@paraclyst.com within 7 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where a billing error has occurred, issue a correction.

6.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining period after cancellation.
